Margit Pleschberger-Gruber, founder of MPG Consulting, combines more than 25 years of international experience.
She spent over 15 years as a manager in the industrial sector, focusing on project development and sales. Over the past decade, she has concentrated on business development, real estate development and marketing – with a strong focus on building bridges between Europe and Latin America.

 

Born in Austria and raised in Argentina, she combines a unique blend of European and Latin American perspectives. She lived and worked for several years in Mexico, Brazil and Uruguay, where she held leadership roles, conducted international negotiations and supported corporate expansion. For more than 15 years she also travelled extensively across Latin America for business, gaining first-hand insights into the region’s diverse markets. Several years of study and professional experience in Spain (Madrid and Barcelona), as well as long-standing professional activities in Austria and Germany, further strengthened her European background.

 

Through this international experience, she has built reliable high-level networks that enable sustainable cooperation and new business opportunities.
